The AXA PPP healthcare experience…
We’re pleased to announce the launch of the AXA PPP healthcare experience – which gives you the chance to get to know AXA PPP healthcare customers, expert staff and treatments in-depth.
Want to find out more about AXA PPP? Our new video website
gives you the chance to meet our customers - and follow their
journey from start to finish.
You can meet
Jenny, who needed a knee operation. Having been an AXA PPP
healthcare member since 1994, Jenny knew she could expect a high
level of support, and quickly had a consultation and x-ray to
determine the best course of treatment. Jenny was offered an
immediate operation, but took the option to fit in her treatment
between work commitments and watching Wimbledon games while she
recovered!
After watching our video on Jenny's story you can view many more
from our staff, who explain every step of her journey - from the
initial diagnosis consultations to the orthopaedic surgery and
aftercare she received. A video from one of our nurses will even
guide you through the personal service and facilities that are
available to our members while they are in hospital. Other
member experience videos include one from Lesley who needed gall
bladder surgery, Alan who had cataracts
removed and David who describes his AXA PPP experience after
being diagnosed
with cancer.
Videos on our diagnostic procedures and treatments are available
too, with our expert staff happy to explain each process to you in
detail, whether it's a guide to an MRI scan or some information on
the new and advanced cyberknife
cancer treatment.
People are at the heart of what we do at AXA PPP healthcare - so
come along and meet everyone involved, from our customers sharing
their experiences, to our dedicated staff like Dr Martin Bell,
describing consultations, treatments and services.
Visit the AXA PPP
experience today, for the chance to win a spa break for two in
our competition, and view all of these videos and more. As usual,
we welcome all your thoughts and questions, so feel free to let us
know what you think about our new video website in the comments
below!
